New, Free Lesson for the Downtrodden Social Skills Teacher!

Ladies and gentlemen, I know you’re getting tired. You’ve got about a month before summer break if you’re working in the United States, so grab and extra cup of coffee and some low-key lessons from enraged2engaged.com and pray for a minimum of drama.

I’ve been plugging away on the new book and am hoping to get it finished and listed on Teachers Pay Teachers by the end of May. We’ll see. Between that the Program, grad school, and my own kids…well, I haven’t had a lot of time for blogging lately.

I love Thumball games, but holy cow–they are EXPENSIVE. Jenny and I started making our own Question Ball games this year, and the fellas really love to play them. Because we play it regularly, the guys know what to do and look forward to it. This kinesthetic game is great for introducing new topics, using as a formative assessment, or reinforcing previously-taught skills. Jenny and I have liked making our own games so that the content can align to our units and lessons.

Check out this NEW, FREE lesson on the website, E2E Question Ball: 4 Variations.

About sara

I have spent the last 18 years in various classrooms, most of them in alternative education working with criminal, at-risk, or behavior-disordered students. I am just a regular teacher like you, who learned a lot of quality information the hard way. Currently, I work with students, families, and teachers to formulate effective and creative plans for helping students change problematic behaviors into productive ones as we work together to reintegrate students back into a general education high school setting.
